Meet the Warehouse Family

Owner/Spin/Barre Fusion/Spray Tanning
Jodi Unger
A woman with many titles, Jodi is our co-owner, along with her husband Mike. She's the queen of all decades of pop and a P!nk super fan. She gets her classes started with a "HELL YEAH" and brings a powerful energy to motivate her participants! What stands out is Jodi’s commitment to community. She believes fitness is more powerful when it’s shared, which is why we strive to create a space where everyone feels encouraged, connected, and motivated together.

Owner/Spin
Mike Unger
Mike is our co-owner alongside his wife Jodi. When he's not trying to convince everyone to ride a double, he’s behind the scenes, making sure our bikes are in tip top shape, sipping on an Alani, or choosing a few pop or EDM tracks to input into his playlists. Mike brings energy, humor and just the right amount of challenge to his classes.

Spin/Barre Fusion
Lisa Swaikoski
Lisa has been with us since the beginning of time. It started as a “why not, I’ll try a class” to taking her spin instructor training a few weeks later. She loves teaching classes as an outlet to move her body after sitting at a desk all day whether it be spin or barre fusion. Lisa loves to bring a smile to our riders faces with her self proclaimed “hot mess” persona. Lisa keeps things light, fun, and focused on enjoying the workout.

Spin
Kathleen Keating-Toews
Kat was forged in the mean streets of rural SK. Her classes are gritty, no nonsense, and unapologetically intense, but always rooted in empowerment. She shows up for every rider as a driving force by pushing them to their edge and celebrating every win along the way. After her 90’s dream of becoming a world famous jazz and tap dancer didn’t pan out, she turned her love of movement to choreography on the bike, bringing the same rhythm, precision and flair to every class.

Spin/Barre Fusion
Natalie Libbrecht
Natalie’s classes are all about keeping things light, fun, and completely stress-free. You can expect a variety of music in her playlists —think powerful female rap, iconic 90s/00s throwbacks, with a mix of EDM drops and even a bit of country sprinkled in to keep things fun and unexpected. Whether it’s spin or barre, She creates an atmosphere where people feel motivated, confident, and completely free to let loose—no judgment.

Spin
Marina Edwards
Marina began instructing with us in 2023, but has been a part of the Warehouse community for as long as we can remember. Her favourite track to spin to is the one everyone loves to hate: the attack. When she's not cycling her butt off or practicing her choreography in the car, she loves to garden, cook, and travel to discover the best eats her destination has to offer.

Spin
Jessie Chase
Don't let her calm, cool, and collected demeanor fool you, Jessie is a BEAST on the bike. Whether it’s Taylor Swift or EDM, Jessie’s love of theme rides spans across all genres. In her spare time, Jessie likes to read, spend time with her husband and two fur babies. She's also crafty and believes she can DIY almost anything. Come for the ride, stay for the vibes—that’s what Jessie’s all about!

Spin
Dallas Cartman
Dallas is no stranger to group fitness as she started out as a Yogi completing her RYT200 in Bali. In her spin classes, Dallas is all about creating a ride that feels both dynamic and intentional. Known for her love of creating fun choreography combos, her energy is contagious as she leads her riders through a party on the bike!

Spin
Alyzza Gudmundson
Alyzza loves how spin challenges her individually, but also loves how everybody in the room feeds off one another to bring an infectious energy. Running on R&B & Hip-Hop vibes, she will have you feeling like you’re in a music video, until your legs remind you, you’re still in a workout! When she's not spinning, Alyzza likes to stay active by going camping, hiking, and playing basketball. Sweaty selfies are always encouraged after Alyzza's classes!

Spin
BRITTANY BORDYNUIK
Britt first clipped into the spin bike to carve out a little time for herself - a break from her busy life of raising a family. What started as an escape, quickly turned into a passion. She brings energy, and motivation to every class helping others to find their own strength on the bike. She believes in the power of movement, balance and taking time for yourself- because sometimes the smallest step (or first ride) can change everything.

Spin
Anja Stroh
Anja will tell you her first few classes pushed her out of her comfort zone—but she quickly discovered she was a spin addict. Driven by the power of music, especially big beats, she creates an atmosphere where riders can lose themselves in the rhythm while pushing their limits. Her goal is simple, she wants every rider to leave her class feeling like the best version of themselves, stronger than when they walked in, empowered and definitely sweaty.

Hype Crew/Instructor in Training
Samantha Koop
Sam first caught the 'spin bug' during our Unlimited Sale in January when she cried during her first class (happy tears of course!) and has been hooked ever since. When she's not at the studio practicing to become an instructor, she loves to bake, garden, and spruce up her home in any way she can. Like many of us, she's also an iced coffee addict, and brings that zip of energy, welcoming everyone into the studio! Stay tuned to see Sam on the podium teaching her very own classes soon.

D.O.G (Director of Greetings)
Axel
This wiggly tailed English Cocker Spaniel takes his job here at Warehouse very seriously. You'll find him on the stairs, in the lobby, or on someone's lap at any given time. Axel's favourite part about spin is not spinning at all actually. It's napping in the corner while everyone else works and joining class during the stretching portion to clean the sweat off of participants who choose to stretch on the floor. It's a tough job being this cute and putting smiles on people's faces, but hey, someone has to do it!
