Where it all began
Warehouse opened our doors officially in October of 2019. Our vision was to create a space that is inclusive to everyone, fostering a positive, supportive, community to empower your mind and body while igniting your passion.
We welcome everyone, no matter your background. You CAN sweat with us!
Spin
A 35-50 minute full-body workout on a stationary bike. The lights are low and the energy is HIGH. We ride to the beat during this this music-driven experience with optional movements thrown in to add a little bit of *spice*. Your instructor will be there to demonstrate, motivate, and cheer you on to challenge yourself!

Low impact, HIGH energy! This 50 minute workout uses light to medium weights, bender balls, and bands to create a full body burn. This music based class will get you to "embrace the shake" and blends ballet, functional strength training, aerobics, and stretching all into one. Perfect for all experience and fitness levels!
Spray
Tanning
Getting married? Graduating? Going on a vacation? Or just want to feel bada** and bronzed? We offer both rapid and regular spray tans with NUDA professional products in studio. Appointments are typically booked Thursday evenings but other arrangements can be made with a spray tan artist if that time doesn't work for you.
